From Cologne, cruise the northern Rhine and spend time in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Utrecht. The highlight will undoubtedly be a guided visit to Tresco Abbey Gardens, a renowned sub-tropical garden - boasting 20,000 plants from over 80 countries. Known as the Floating Garden of the Atlantic, Madeira's lush verdant landscapes and stunning gardens make for a wonderful trip to the iconic Madeira Flower Festival. Joining you for part of the tour is garden designer and popular Gardeners' World presenter Adam Frost. Adam will give a talk and answer your questions in a Q&A. He will also accompany you as you spend time soaking in the sights, scents and sounds of Madeira's Flower Festival. Other horticultural highlights include the orchids at Palheiro Gardens and the Quinta do Arco Rose Garden.

Visit Monet's beautiful gardens at Giverny and see the famous waterlily ponds which often featured in his many works. Joining you on the tour will be gardening expert, Paula McWaters, who will give a special talk about the gardens. During the trip you also have the option to visit the Musée de l'Orangerie in Paris to see Monet's spectacular murals and visit the Château de Chantilly to marvel at its extensive collection of fine art and wander through the stunning grounds and gardens.
